Information we collect
PulseX may collect your account email, profile details, workspace settings, billing status, tracked creator usernames, saved drafts, generated reports, scheduled post metadata, and usage events needed to operate the app.
How we use information
We use this information to provide authentication, analytics, AI generation, billing, quota management, reports, scheduling workflows, product support, and security monitoring.
Third-party services
PulseX uses infrastructure and product services such as Supabase for authentication/database, Paystack for payments, Gemini for AI generation, and X API providers for public creator data where enabled.
X data
Public X profile and post data is used to calculate analytics, comparisons, insights, and reports. Future connected-account features will require explicit authorization before posting or reading authorized account data.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account data, workspace data, saved reports, drafts, and scheduled post records by contacting privacy support.
Security
We limit privileged server operations to server-side keys, use row-level security where applicable, and avoid exposing service keys in browser code.
